Short Description:	Since the seat of the API 6D fully welded ball valve is made up of a carbon teflon seal ring and a disc spring, it is adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature and will not produce any leakage in the marked pressure and temperature range. Fully welded ball valves are widely used in domestic steel mills, petroleum, chemical, gas, boiler, paper, textile, pharmaceutical, food, ship, water supply and drainage, energy, polysilicon, electricity and so on.

Working Type:	Ball valves utilise a hollow ball that allows a flow through it when in the open position and isolates when closed. The ball is driven via a spindle that fits into a slot milled into the hollow ball, which in turn is operated by a lever to open and close the ball. The ball valve spindle is encased in the valve body neck and is sealed by a range of neck seals, to prevent leakage, in addition, the ball is sandwiched between two body/ball seats that ensure positive sealing.
Application:	1. Urban gas: gas output pipeline, main line and branch supply pipeline, etc. 2. Central heating: output pipeline, trunk line and branch line of large heating equipment. 3. Heat exchanger: opening and closing of pipes and circuits. 4. Iron and steel plant: various fluid pipes, waste gas selective discharge pipes, gas and heat supply pipes, fuel supply pipes. 5. Various industrial equipment: various heat treatment pipes, various industrial gas and heat pipes.
